nmv, I found it, #4850 which then corresponds to PR6. Meaning the diff between V01-00-03 and V01-03-00 is the long lived SUSY files only (in 3 PRs tho)

Tag V01-00-03 corresponds to cms-data/Configuration-Generator#6 (see the message announcing the cmsdist tag at the end of the github thread)

The following ones are:

• Fix auxiliary decay files for long lived chargino cms-data/Configuration-Generator#7 -> it includes fixes for long lived charginos, to be evaluated by generators
• decay tables for a compresed gluino model cms-data/Configuration-Generator#8 -> It only adds new files, probably fine
